Identifying Your Dream Job
Hello! This one's for all you creative types that like things like vision boards and planning. Back on our 2018, making it our best year ever. Let's talk about my version of a vision board. Watch Video Here: So, it's a little bit simpler than the cardboard cutouts and the magazines that we post all over our house. It's more I want you to jump on seek and I want you to know no limitation. So, not jobs that I could do, jobs that I'm qualified for or anything like that, it's just jobs I would like to do. So, I want you to go through sky's the limit. Even if you have no writing experience but you really want to be a journalist, then you want to save that advertisement along with any others that you find in any position and keep them in a folder. You can print them out, pick them in a folder, you can make a vision board with pins and all the rest of it on cardboard - that's fine. You can put it on Pinterest. I don't care what you do with it, I just want you to do this activity, so you know exactly what sort of positions that you think would light you up. And then in one of our other video segments further down the track, we're going to work out some realistic steps on how to achieve this or whether it is achievable for you, and/or what steps you can take to actually get to that level. But for now, for today's lesson, all I want you to do is dream, so jump on seek, get all your vision material together, so all those seek advertisements of jobs, sky's the limit.
And if you haven't already, feel free to join our Facebook group and post the links in there, show everybody what it is that you want to achieve. It's better for accountability, it makes you more motivated, and we'd love to see you in there if you are not in there already. I'm Nicole Coggan. Thank you for listening. I'll see you in a later episode where we're going to come across some action steps and put this into practice. Thanks for listening. Bye for now.
